Return Policy

Not the right fit? No problem. You have 14 days from the day you receive your order to request a return.

Right of withdrawal (EU)
As an consumer, you have a legal 14-day cooling-off period after receiving your order. Within this period you may return your item, including trying it on, as you would in a store. For a full refund of the product price. To keep the item eligible, handle it with care and keep it in a resellable condition.

Return conditions
Items must be returned unworn and unwashed, with all tags attached and in their original packaging. Include your order number or proof of purchase.

How to start a return
Email us at info@lempire-official.com with your order number. Once your return is approved, we'll send you the return instructions and address. Items sent back without requesting a return first can't be accepted.

Return shipping costs
Return shipping is paid by the customer, unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked service, until the package reaches us, it remains your responsibility.

Damaged, faulty or wrong items
Inspect your order on arrival. If anything is defective, damaged or incorrect, email us within 48 hours at info@lempire-official.com and we'll make it right at no cost to you.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll let you know if it's approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Note that your bank may need a few extra days to post it. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval and you haven't seen your refund, contact us.

Non-returnable items
Gift cards cannot be returned.
