Shipping policy

Every L'EMPIRE order is shipped from the Netherlands with PostNL, packed and sent with the same care we put into the product.

Shipping rates & delivery times
Netherlands = Free shipping. Delivery in 1–2 business days.
Europe = €10,95, Free on all orders over €100. Delivery in 2–5 business days.
Rest of the world = €29,95, Free on all orders over €200 . Delivery in 6–14 business days.

Processing
Orders placed before 16:00 CET on business days are shipped the same day. Orders after 16:00, or on weekends and holidays, are shipped the next business day.

Track & Trace
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a PostNL tracking link so you can follow your package to the door.

Pick-up points
Prefer to collect your order? A PostNL pick-up point can be selected at checkout for the Netherlands and Belgium.

Delays
Once a package is handed to PostNL, delivery is in their hands. Delays can occasionally happen, especially during busy periods. If your tracking hasn't updated in several days, reach out at info@lempire-official.com and we'll help you chase it.
