Browse the collection, select your size and colour, and click Add to Cart. Go to your cart, proceed to checkout, choose your payment method and place your order. You'll receive a confirmation email immediately after.
We accept iDEAL, credit card (Visa, Mastercard), Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Klarna. All payments are processed securely at checkout.
Full payment is required at checkout. We don't offer payment plans outside of Klarna's own pay-later options, which are available at checkout.
If a size or colour is available at checkout, it's in stock. Products marked "Sold Out" are temporarily unavailable. Sign up to our newsletter to be notified when items are restocked.
Email us at info@lempire-official.com as soon as possible with your order number. We process orders quickly. If your order has already been dispatched we can no longer cancel it, but you can return it once received.

We currently ship to the Netherlands, Belgium, and Germany. We're working on expanding to more European countries. If your country isn't listed at checkout, email us at info@lempire-official.com and we'll see what we can arrange.
Belgium and Germany: 2–4 business days.
Other European countries: 3–7 business days.
Orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days. You'll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking number as soon as your order leaves Amsterdam.
Netherlands: 1–2 business days after dispatch.

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached. To start a return, email info@lempire-official.com with your order number.

Yes. Email us at info@lempire-official.com with your order number and the reason for return. We'll send you return instructions. Return shipping costs are at the customer's expense unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
